At Song of Winds, Nandi Hills, Karmik Infra is crafting an immersive outdoor experience that blends landscape and hardscape into a seamless journey of arrival, discovery, and connection.
Designed as a weekend retreat, the development focuses on slowing people down and reconnecting them with nature. Each space is thoughtfully planned to evoke emotion—from calm and curiosity to playfulness and community bonding.
The project integrates structured hardscape elements with lush planting, featuring over 74 plant varieties and 2000+ plants, creating a rich, layered environment that evolves with time.
Key spaces include:
- A serene entrance water wall that sets the tone of arrival
- Peek-and-reveal pathways for moments of surprise
- A family garden designed for mindful outdoor living
- A kids' play area that encourages active engagement.
- An amphitheatre built for community gatherings and shared experiences
